Privacy policy

This policy explains how HiddenForm handles information when you play on iPhone, iPad or Android, visit this website or contact support.
Your puzzle progress
The app stores puzzle progress, sorting positions and preferences on your device. No game account is required, and we do not operate a cloud progress service. Deleting the app removes these local records. Video rewards grant temporary access for one table visit; leaving or restarting expires that access while saved progress remains.
Optional advertising
The first three puzzles are free without video requirements. Other puzzles can be accessed by completing an available rewarded video. A verified one-time Remove ads purchase bypasses video requirements for all puzzles.
Google AdMob supplies rewarded videos. Google’s Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform SDKs may process device identifiers, approximate location inferred from your network address, product and ad interactions, performance information, crash reports and other diagnostics to provide and measure advertising, manage consent, prevent fraud and maintain service reliability. The app may contact Google to refresh consent information when it starts and to request ads when you choose video access. Development builds use test ads; store builds may use live ads. On Android, you can revisit applicable consent choices using Privacy choices in Settings.
Device identifiers may be used for tracking where permission and applicable consent allow it. Where required, the app presents a consent form before requesting ads. On iPhone and iPad, you can decline Apple’s tracking permission and still play and earn available video rewards. When applicable, use Manage ad privacy choices in the table settings to revisit your choices. You can also manage tracking permissions in your device’s Settings.
Google processes information under its own policies. See Google’s privacy policy and advertising information for its practices and controls.
Purchases
Apple processes purchases through the App Store. The app uses StoreKit to verify the Remove ads entitlement and restore purchases. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple handles billing information under Apple’s privacy policy.
On Android, Google Play processes purchases. The app uses Google Play Billing to verify and restore the Remove ads purchase. A signed purchase record is stored locally to remember verified access when offline. We do not receive your payment-card details or operate a purchase-account server. Google handles billing information under its privacy policy.
Android artwork downloads
The first three puzzles are included with the app. Additional artwork is delivered by Google Play when you select it. Google may process technical information needed to deliver those downloads. Downloaded artwork can be removed in the app without deleting your saved puzzle progress. We do not operate a separate artwork-download tracking service.
Support messages
If you email carlos@kyndlo.com, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send, such as a description of an issue or a screenshot. We use this information to respond and resolve support requests. We retain it only as needed to handle the request and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.
This website
This support site is hosted by GitHub Pages. The download page offers optional Google Analytics for visits, campaign sources and store-button clicks. We load Analytics only after you allow it; you can revisit Analytics choices on the download page. Automatic mobile routing works without opting in. Campaign labels travel to Apple and Google Play for their acquisition reports. See our website analytics notice for cookies, data processing and choices. We do not add website advertising scripts. GitHub may collect technical information, including your IP address, to deliver and secure its hosting service. Read the GitHub privacy statement.
Your choices and questions
You can delete local game data by deleting the app. You can contact us to request access to or deletion of information you provided through support, or ask about other privacy rights that apply where you live. For information independently handled by Apple or Google, use their privacy controls or contact those providers.
The game is not specifically directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through support, contact us so we can address it.
